The online entry form is now available:
All quilts must be Submitted by the January 9, 2017 general meeting or by mail (postmarked by Jan. 8). Plan ahead—be on time. Submissions will NOT be accepted after January 9!
To enter you must do two (2) hours of volunteer work. Sign up at any general meeting or contact Kristine Ebersol , Volunteer Coordinator.
To withdraw an entry call Heidi Sandkuhle at (831) 722-5279 as soon as possible.
Quilt Drop-off Information:
- Your quilts must have a 4 inch sleeve securely sewn to the top back upon delivery. Failure to provide a sleeve will result in your quilt not being exhibited. Information on how to create a quilt sleeve can be found here Quilt Sleeve
- Attach your label / claim check to the back in the lower left corner. If item is wearable, attach label inside where it is not visible when displayed. You can print a blank form here quilt-show-label.
- Bring entries to the Crosetti Building at the Fairgrounds on Friday, Feb. 24, 2017 between 8:30 and 10 am where wonderful volunteer will receive your quilts.
Quilt Pick-up Information:
- Pick up your entry at the Crosetti Building on Sunday, Feb 26, 2017 between 4:45 and 5:15 p.m. You will need your claim check. Volunteers will be working like crazy to take down the quilts so you can pick them up so a little patience is a great thing.
